Sóller Studio is a family-run real estate agency based in the Sóller valley, created by Borja López and Steffie Maurer.

Borja brings deep local knowledge, many years of experience in the Sóller property market, and a strong understanding of the legal and planning questions that often arise in local property transactions.
He studied law before building his career in real estate. He is a registered real estate professional: member of the Asociación Balear de Asesores Inmobiliarios, Nº Asociado/C.I.P.: 2050, and registered in the Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios de las Islas Baleares, nº GOIBE727966/2024.
Borja grew up spending his summers in Biniaraix, in a family finca called Cas Don. His connection to the valley goes back long before Sóller Studio existed.
Clients often value Borja for his warmth, charisma, and ability to explain complex situations clearly. He has a natural way of making people feel at ease, while also giving them confidence that they are speaking with someone who understands the details.
His strength is not only finding a property. It is helping buyers understand what they are buying, what questions need to be asked, and how to move through complex situations with the right local knowledge and professional support.
Borja is especially dedicated to each transaction, from the first conversation to negotiation, contract, completion, and the practical questions that often follow.
Steffie first came to Sóller as a child and has been connected to the valley ever since. After living in different countries and working in real estate consulting, she moved to Sóller with Borja in 2010. Their two children were born here.
Steffie brings structure, organisation, communication, client care, and a strong international perspective to the business.
Much of her work happens behind the scenes: making sure the process runs smoothly, the details are followed up, the communication is clear, and the business stays organised and personal.
She is the structure behind many of the practical steps that help clients feel looked after throughout the process.
