Before moving forward with a property, many buyers want to understand one simple but important question:

Does the property stand as it should, and what does that mean for future use or improvements?

What is recorded in the land registry? What appears in the cadastre? What licences or permissions exist? Were parts of the property built or changed over time? Could future works, improvements, or a pool be possible?

The buyer does not need to become an expert in these questions.
